Rachel's Send-Off

Monday 30 December

Rachel's funeral will be held on Monday 30 December between 10:30am and 1:30pm.

We will be trying to keep it as joyous an occasion as we can. It is what Rachel wanted. Bright colours and especially pink are strongly encouraged.

Rachel wanted a natural burial in a shroud, so that she would become one with nature again. We would love for you to bring a bunch of flowers, to cover her in, for her send-off. Please consider something from your gardens, and if purchasing something, please be sure to avoid any plastic wrapping. Pink was her favourite, but any flowers will do, except lavender, it gives her headaches.

This is a busy time of year for all, and we know that many people have plans. For those that cannot make it, there will be a livestram, and regardless, we know, there or not, you will carry a piece of Rachel within you.

• 10:30am–11:30am Funeral Service – Panton Hill Hall
• 12:00pm–1:00pm Leave venue to go to Burial Ceremony – Kangaroo Ground Cemetery
• 1:00pm–2:30pm Light Refreshments – Panton Hill Hall
